As some of you may have already heard, a group called One Million Moms is calling for Ellen DeGeneres to be fired as spokeswoman for JC Penney because she is gay. Although I haven't made a post in awhile, I am going to go extremely off-topic and make a plea. Please, those of you who support equality in the workplace, go to this Facebook page and hit "like" and "share." This is a civil rights issue. I discovered that in 29 states it is still legal to fire an individual based on sexual orientation. To me this is not right. Please come support Ellen. (It Opens in a New Window.)
